earnphp2 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and earnphp2 ("earnphp2," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the earnphp2 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through our website.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the earnphp2 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. earnphp2 may require you to submit identity verification documents (such as a government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your earnphp2 account. This includes all wagers placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested, and any communications sent through your account, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you.

You must keep your earnphp2 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use another player's account under any circumstances.

• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify earnphp2 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support.
• earnphp2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.

earnphp2 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). earnphp2 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your earnphp2 account in real time or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used.
• A minimum deposit amount applies and is displayed at the time of transaction. earnphp2 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds at any time.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• earnphp2 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. earnphp2 may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your earnphp2 account.
• earnphp2 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

earnphp2 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.

By using the earnphp2 platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance, and past results do not influence future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earnphp2 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.

• earnphp2 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• earnphp2 is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages beyond our reasonable control.
• In no event shall earnphp2's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your earnphp2 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit earnphp2's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

earnphp2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to pass identity verification or provide requested documentation.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harmful toward earnphp2 staff or other players.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
